January 1st 2013 : 129 lbs - time to get back on track - started 2012 at 135, got down to 118 and then screwed it over... this time I'm keeping the weight off

tomorrow is weight in day

but I’m not gonna do it… I ate like a pig 4 days, and I’m about to get my period so I’m kind of swollen… if I see a number I don’t expect I might cry and stop eating… I’m not gonna do that, I’m gonna wait like a week or so…
